Was a better game before the nagging micro transactions
This game was a lot of fun when it was straight-up match-three gameplay. The various modes offered either relaxation, fast-thinking, or strategic gameplay. The game had a single price and the poker mode was an extra one-time fee. As of the v2.0 update the game is now polluted with annoying micro transactions. And these things, mainly in the form of time boosts are temptations to "cheat". The problem here is that match-three gameplay is an algorithm that can be manipulated to achieve a goal. For example, notice that in Zen there will ALWAYS be at least one match available to you. This is because there is no fail state or game over in Zen. This is because the game can control what gems fall down from the top of the screen. Likewise, the strategic and time-based modes can be subltely controlled for whatever desired outcome. Maybe you can be provoked and tempted to lay out more money because the game wants you to do this. This kind of rigging of games is illegal in casinos and elsewhere where there is gambling. Where is the consumer protection in personal games?
